Product performance

1. No maintenance, adjustment and lubrication are required, easy to install, and long-term reliable operation with low operating costs.

2. There will be no external leakage and other phenomena. The valve body is a welded structure, so the valve is light in weight and easy to be insulated.

3. Since the valve seat is composed of carbon fiber reinforced Teflon sealing ring and disc spring, it has strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage within the marked pressure and temperature range.

4. Since the material of the valve body is the same as that of the pipeline, there will be no uneven stress, nor will it be deformed due to earthquakes and vehicles passing the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging.

5. Integral fully welded, equal diameter and variable diameter channels, fixed ball and floating ball, double piston effect sealing system, automatic injection of sealant type bearings.

6. In order to prevent static electricity, steel balls and springs are installed between the valve stem and the sphere and between the valve stem and the stuffing box, which can keep all parts of the valve and the valve body conductive, let the current pass through the area, and release static electricity. It not only prevents fire, but also prevents corrosion, and realizes temporary cut-off for timely maintenance.

7. The anti-separation function of the valve stem is because the valve stem is affected by the pressure in the valve and always generates a force of disengagement, so the valve stem is designed as an anti-separation structure.

8. Use the thrust washer support of low friction material to push the pressure to the valve stem, so that the valve stem only plays the role of transmitting torque.
